Mild fever on and off swollen neck glands both sides, headake eye pain and some mild ear pain, tonsils swollen a little bit, with some white spots ?
Week ago- fever 38C, tightened throat, hoarse voice, dry cough- doc said mild tonsilitis, now good, but 1 swollen tonsil, tighten. throat on this side?
I have on and off tonsil pain mostly right side but sometimes left side. Happening for a couple of months. Sometimes gone for days. A concern?

Unrelated: Sinuses and tonsils are not related pain-wise. You could have a cold with inflammation of the nasal passages/sinus openings and also causing sore throat/tonsil pain. Tonsil stones can be present with or without infection, and can be rinsed out with a "water pik" or gargles. Saline to the nasal passages can help sinus pain.
