Lots of telangiectasias suddenly lately, and small capillary painful and bursting everywhere. Reasons?

Not clear: There are many reasons for telangiectasias to appear. Mostly the mechanisms are hormonal based or inflammation/autoimmune related. I would strongly encourage you to see your primary care doctor sooner rather than later. The "bursting" may very well represent the fragile nature of those blood vessels. Best of luck. ...Read more

Small bleeds from telangectasia on mucosal surfaces like the nose/lips that can be inconvenient but usually stop easily, and potentially life threatening bleeds from avns in the lung, liver or brain.
