No: ABI and arterial test are pretty accurate tests. If normal then angiogram should not be needed. Sometimes people can have chronic compartment syndrome. If this is persistent problem you should consider seeing an orthopedic surgeon. ...Read more

Lymphedema: The possibility exists that there has been an impedance of lymph flow in one leg. Also, circulatory flow may be compromised by such things as varicose veins. A third possibility that comes to mind would be a foot alignment issue that can exist unilaterally, such as a flatfoot.
