Not sepsis: Often times the presence of sweating is the sign of the fever "breaking". BP changes for various reasons but panic will usually cause increase in blood pressure. Surely sepsis will cause low BP but sepsis is a "hospital diagnosis" …you wouldn't be asking questions via the internet if you were septic. Hope this helps ...Read more

You sound quite ill: The symptoms you list are not good to hear. I'd urge you to get to a medical facility ASAP. Have a trustworthy, competent person be w/ you to get you safely to help or call 911 if you're alone. BP under 60 is too low - 28 is deathly dangerous! Don't wait! I hope you do okay. ...Read more

Low: Your symptoms do not raise lymphoma as a very high probability. Even w/ many - they have other causes too. Consider CBT pscyhotherapy to learn how to deal w/ medical anxiety. It's not easy to find balance between ignoring symptoms and being captive to them. But it is possible and will help. Inflammatory: Malignant nodal disease from oral cavity spreads to anterior neck. Other tumors are found in nodes along jugular chain. Posterior neck most often drains hairline or lesions posterior scalp. Check to see if infection skin lesion present and use warm soaks to treat. This should resolve presence of sore nodes.
