How long after being exposed to a very mild stomach flu would I notice symptoms. Been 48 hours and I feel fine? Also very emetophobic

Abdominal bloating,: May be unusual intestinal virus or could be food poisoning with camphylobacter as that has a waxing and waning presentation (usually diarrhea as well). Do you have diarrhea? Electrolyte rich fluids- Gatorade, Powerade, Vitamin Water

Avoid all aspirin, Advil, Aleve (NSAIDS).
If not improving go to private physician or ER.

Been feeling sick for 4 days now. Had some mild stomach cramps, flu like symptoms. Today for the the first time I had pale clay like stool.
Pale Stool.: Pale stool suggests bile is not being delivered to small intestine. May be seen with variety of issues. But with other symptoms I am concerned about hepatitis. If this persists, you develop right upper quadrant abdominal pain or your contacts develop similar symptoms see your doc right away. If this does not occur again I would not worry. Sounds like a: Viral infection. You can just treat the symptoms if you don't get much worse. Mucinexdm will loosen and help with the cough. Dayquil and nyquil help too.
