Because antibiotics are not meant to be used for long period of time, we don't generally give you an anti-emetic (anti-nausea) medication. Probably not: Most likely not torsion, which means a twisting of the testicle. Torsion usually worsens, with swelling and worsening pain every hour. You most likely have a bruised testicle. If you feel the pain is getting worse, see a doctor. Consider taking something for pain to see if it will work, ice the testicle gently and expect recovery in about 48 hours if not torsion. It could be something simple like a virus or stress or more complicated as there are many organs like liver, pancreas, spleen, etc, in the area. You are sick!: But that list of symptoms is pretty common and nonspecific, associated with anything from overeating and early viral cold symptoms (coincidental), to strep throat, to any number of other things.
