Anything: Lots of things could cause it. I assume you have had an ultrasound to confirm that it is an intra-uterine pregnancy and not ectopic. It could be stretching of the uterus, or the ligaments. No matter how you analyze the details of "possibility", the answer won't come until you either get your period or take the test. Good luck.
