Discharge: Protected sex doesn't 100% protect you from unwanted pregnancy, so if you miss your period make sure you do pregnancy test. But the discharge in the middle of your period may be an std if you had sex with an infected partner. A bladder infection is possible too with cramping pain from the bladder. No way to know: There's no way to know for sure at this point. If it has been more than 2 weeks since the end of your last period, then you have passed the ovulation phase, & therefore your most fertile period.
