Not known sideeffect: I've never heard of leg pain as a side effect of Culturelle or any other probiotics. I searched for info on Culturelle side effects on several sites and found no mention of leg pain. Probiotics can cause some gas, loose stools or constipation, which is usually temporary, and rarely allergic reactions like hives.
