Diagnosis of IIH?: Even though the cyst was removed and your headaches are resolved you still may have elevated pressures sufficient to cause ringing in the ears. Unusual for it to last for longer than a few days, but certainly could recur, but a month of persistent symptoms is atypical and would wonder about something else.
