Go see your doctor: Tell him/her what's bothering you. Check out options i've listed at http://alvinblin.Com/2012/04/evidence-based-migraine-prevention.Html. Some are otc while others require prescription. But all are evidence-based. Also consider oral contraception to keep from cycling. No menses, no migraines.
