I have severe pain in right temple (not migraine) everyday. Painful to touch/press. I am in my 30's. Is it Temporal Artiritis? I have Graves Disease.

See your PCP: for examination and tests to rule out temporal arteritis. Initially the temple pain may be the only presenting symptom with the temporal and occipital regions being the most common locations. Tender spots or nodules may be present in the scalp, especially over inflamed arteries. See your PCP for evaluation, tests and diagnosis. ...Read more

Small lump near my right temple on hairline, and get major migraines that last all day. Do we always have a lump and I just never noticed it? Anxiety?

May be red herring: No. The lump you are referring to should have nothing to do with migraine headaches....or at least the majority of migraine sufferers don't have lump near temples on the hairline...let's put it that way. You should definitely see a good specialist for the headaches or at least a doc with an interest in headaches. At the same time they'll assess this lump you're talking about as well. ...Read more

I'm on BP meds..Last few days having severe migraines and bulging veins in my temple area my eyes feel like they're shaking is this BP related?

USUALLY NOT: Assuming that your BP is either under control or minimally elevated, you are not having migraines due to hypertension, but you may be experiencing side effects to you meds. Migraines can be prevented, and would recommend that approach, as triptans, which stop headaches could well raise bp. ...Read more
