Neck &jaw tension: This sounds like symptoms of bruxism (grinding or clenching your teeth). This can take place at night when you sleep, and also at various times during the day.

What is a fibroscan?: Not sure what a fibroscan. A constant migraine makes a lot of the other symptoms realistic though. This would explain a normal MRI, visual distortions (like lights?) and a feeling of pressure.
