I always wake up 2-4x at night. Xanax, toviaz, (fesoterodine) tea haven't helped me sleep thru. Stomach sleepr, mouth breather. Fall back to sleep quick. Sleep study?

See below: Try to avoid stimulating activities right before bedtime (no violent computer games, etc.). Take technology out of the bedroom (except for an alarm clock :). Don't use your laptop, ipad, any other tablet right before bed; have light snack, e.g. Cheese and crackers, if hungry; warm showers, keep your room on a cooler side; relaxation, positive visualizations. What was the quality like, what were the latencies of sleep and rem and were there parasomnia. Benadryl (diphenhydramine): The "pm" in advil pm is Diphenhydramine (bendaryl). That is what makes you sleepy. The advil does nothing to help you sleep but it is hard on the liver and the rest of the gut.
