Chronic sprain: These are frustrating. hopefully the ligaments will heal on ther own. Ankle surgery for a chronic sprain is problematic. I've had midfoot sprain yesterday. Now it's swelling and bruising and i got some pain when stand on the injured foot. Should i see a doctor?
I sprained my midfoot a month and a half ago. I can't see veins on it when it's hot, but on my other foot I can. It is not swollen. I'm worried. Ty.
Depends on : Type or grade od sprain. If mild approx 2 weeks, moderate sprain about 3-4 weeks severe or grade 3 6 weeks and sometimes needs surfical repair.
