Middle finger pain feels like a jammed finger and is painful to bend and straighten entirely. Came on randomly during day with no injury. Thoughts?
Middle finger pain when weighted, like when I do pull-ups or just hanging and the base swollen.I got it after doing repetitive hand-grip exercise.

Need more info: From the symptoms you describe it sounds line what may be what is commonly called a "pinched nerve" with a radiculopathy (inflammation of a nerve root).
