Hi. My husband had mid to upper back pain and has slowly moved to the front on left side. He assumed it was muscular but now i'm not so sure.Thank you

Don't know : By telling your doctor your age and length of time symptoms are present will help you get a much better opinion. Not enough information here; could be benign, could be serious. It would be more concerning if the pain traveled like a sword from the back to the front & would suggest medical evaluation asap.
