Got my period & ovulation mid cycle bleeding. Feel pressure on bladder & when i apply pressure a tiny urine comes out. Pregnancy? Stress? Or?
Symptoms: I can actually think of a few possibilities that would explain them, that is the symptoms. I would recommend that you go visit a doctor who has an ultrasound machine in his office so he can provide you with a reasonably good examination. ...Read more

My doc has prescribed the pill for 3 months. Will this help? We would like to have another baby, are my chances low
Chances are good if: If you ovulate regularly, have normal tubes, uterus and cervix, and have genito-sexual intercourse with a fertile man, your chances of getting pregnant are good. Taking oral contraceptive pills for 3 months may or may not reduce your "mid cycle bleed after ovulation" but will unfortunately not help you get pregnant. I ovulated 25-30 oct, 31 had brown discharge w cramping, period doesn't start until 13 nov. Is this mid cycle bleeding? This has never hpd.
Old blood: Most of the time, brown spotting or bleeding represents older blood that the uterus, cervix or upper vagina had been "holding onto" for various reasons. W/ the cramping I would guess uterus as the source. It very well may be midcycle bleeding due to ovulation or other ovulatory abnormalities. I don't see a birth control method; sometimes that causes unscheduled bleeds. If continues, have an exam done. ...Read more

I think this is spotting, and if it's light and goes away, this perfectly normal. If you are concerned, see an OB for an exam and more specific answers ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

I am 34 and on bc. I started to have mid-cycle bleeding on Day 12. Now day 14 and it is still going. It does resemble a light period. What's going on?
Several things: Several things can cause break through bleeding on birth control pills including taking them late or forgetting them, a change in other medications you are taking, a change in pills from one brand to another, one generic to another, or from a name brand to a generic, or a pelvic infection. Without more history and an exam it is impossible to know for sure what is going on. Hope this helps. ...Read more
I have never had mid cycle bleeding or spotting. However starting yesterday (cycle day 17 and today cycle day 18) I had very light pink spotting. There's no cramps or any feeling like with a normal menstrual cycle. Just feels like a little pinch once in

Having one or two of these symptoms doesn’t necessarily mean there is a medical problem, but a visit to one’s primary care or Ob-Gyn doctor is a good idea if symptoms are persistent, recurring, or worrisome. ...Read more
