Headache, lightheaded, nauseous after eating, pain in mid left side from front to back, and chest pain?

Headache, lightheaded, nauseous after eating, pain in mid left side from front to back, and chest pain?

GI tract problem: Your symptoms in my opinion, strongly suggest a problem within your G.I. tract. I am having back and chest pain, two xrays showed nodule on mid left lung, having CT wed. Could also have opacified sinus sphenoid? Pneumonia?

I am having back and chest pain, two xrays showed nodule on mid left lung, having CT wed. Could also have opacified sinus sphenoid? Pneumonia?

Pneumonia unlikely: If only back/chest pain symptoms, pneumonia unlikely--expect cough, phlegm, fever, malaise. Chest pain on deep breathing may indicate pleurisy, probably viral in origin. Opacified sinus probably related to nasal mucosal irritation from smoking. Agree with planned eval of nodule. Look for other causes of back and chest pain--new exercise? New position in work? ...Read more
