Does laser resurfacing remove pigmentation?

Does laser resurfacing remove pigmentation?

Will fraxel laser remove superficial light indentations and hipper pigmentation scars? :/

What then happens ; the results (down the road) are a result of both the heat damage ; the healing response, locally ; body wide, thus no guarantees. ...Read more

Depth of treatment: There are several types of chemical peels (some deeper than others) and laser peels/resurfacing. They both are removing the top layers of skin.
