Acne on back: Most often back acne requires oral medications particularly if it is moderate. Benzoyl peroxide cleansers help, as do antibiotic topical foams, but usually is not enough. Can you clarify?: This is very weak stuff and if you're still having acne, move to something stronger. Salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, and/or retinoic acid are your best friends.
