A "usual" dose from a supplement such as citucel, whether tablet or powder form, have between 4-6 grams. So someone can not get there full daily requirement from them. All effective: Theses are just supplements. All are effective but I caution that while taking benefiber you have to make sure you drink lots of water with it. But these just supplement your diet.
