Take folic acid!: You can take the Methotrexate with food, but you should also take Folic Acid daily to prevent GI side effects. Where and when?: There are so many many causes of abdominal pain and so I can't really tell what you have. Upper, middle, r upper/l upper, lower/pelvic areas? When does the pain occur? During/around period time? With meal/food?
