Three most likely would not be harmful one time but three pills at a time should not be done on any regular basis since it is more then the prescibed dosing. I was prescribed cyclobenzapr 10mg , methocarbamol 750mg, hydrococo/apap 5-325mg, and promethazine 25mg. Is it safe to take these meds together?

Maybe not: If you take all of the above medications at the same time, you could become extremely sleepy and weak. It's also unusual to take cyclobenzaprine and Methocarbamol together at the same time, since they do the same thing. Promethazine is for nausea and vomiting. You would also probably get a very dry mouth and possibly a headache. The effects of these drugs are additive. Call your doctor. ...Read more

I have had much better success with the NSAID's because they block prostaglandin which actually cause the cramping in the uterus.
