Granulation tissue: Did they take out the cervix? If you had a supracervical hysterectomy then sometimes you can have bleeding. If the cervix was removed then you could have granulation tissue in the cuff that is bleeding and you should see your physician. ...Read more

A little: At 7 weeks you really should see a heart beat so it does not sound promising. However, there is no reason to rush to do a D&C and a follow up sonogram in a week may give you more peace of mind about the diagnosis. Uterus: Anteverted and retroverted uterus is not about the shape of the uterus, it is about the position of it. Possibly the pregnancies stretched the ligaments supporting it and it's changed its position. Both positions are well within the normal range, though. ...Read more

HGSIL: HGSIL can turn to cancer one of these days. You need treatment. If there is no glandular involvement, laser or freezing the cervix will treat it. If there is glandular involvement then LEEP or cone biopsy will diagnose and treat. Not normal : If the HCG is 2400 and they dont see anything in your uterus you need to see your doctor. It's possible you are having a miscarriage. It's also possible you have an ectopic pregnancy. That's when the pregnancy is not in the uterus where it is supposed to be. Your doc will do blood tests and help figure out what is going on.
