Meth Comedown Difficulty Breathing
I did meth for the first time ( no I'm not a drug addict ) that was a week ago almost and my heavy breathing is still there.. Help me ??
The meth is out of your system. Your heavy breathing reflects your underlying state that led you to try meth. It is not feasible to work that out in this forum and it would be prudent to seek counseling.
For good health -Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
