Agree: Agree with dr. Fowler and would like to add that this could simply be a burn injury. Meth is extremely damaging to you mouth, especially to the teeth. I recommend that you get an evaluation by a general dentist for your tongue and to assess other problems that may be developing before you loose a large number of teeth to decay.

As stated before, the greater concern is what the meth is doing to your body in a general sense. This drug is so addictive that you will need assistance stopping.
