How high is my risk of impotency with my med cocktail of zoloft, klonopin, lamictal, neurontin, wellbutrin, propranolol, requip and latuda (lurasidone)?
Probably: Cymbalta (duloxetine) for depression is fine. I find no indication for the use of Naltrexone in depression. If you are referring to just having to use the two at the same time, i find no contraindication for using the two together, ie, no drug to drug interaction. Both drugs are for serious illness and make shure you thoroughly discuss this with your pcp, addiction md, other provider or pharmacist/pharmd. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

Can I take probiotics with my meds for BiPolar II,Cymbalta (duloxetine) and Lamictal, or does that risk increasing Seratonin levels?
Probably fine: The major concern with Bipolar medications is the pharmacological interaction that might occur. Because probiotics act locally in the gut, there is no reason to not take them. That said, I'm unsure if they will help you in any way ... But they should be ok to take with Cymbalta (duloxetine) & Lamictal. ...Read more
Can a combination of metformin, topamax, (topiramate) phentermine and wellbutrin help you lose weight?
Lot of medications: I'm not sure whether these are all prescribed by the same physician? It sounds as though your bipolar disorder (from the additional info you supplied) may be quite hard to manage, and meds have been added but none removed. Perhaps you'd benefit from a second opinion about your case and possibly simplify your regimen. It could also be that your symptoms demand high intensity measures. ...Read moreSee 4 more doctor answers
