Depends on Ur-: -age. I assume U R young. There's a place 4 protein sups, but U must B sure not 2 over do it. U need 50gms daily, with a weight training program, U should only sup on day of workout, some during & the rest after. None on day of rest. Always calculate Ur total daily intake from diet. Stay hydrated: A danger of creatine is kidney failure. Do not take more than directed and do not take the loading dose for a prolonged period. Stay hydrated! Kidney problems: Whey protein is a milk derivative. If you are lactose intolerant this will not help you build muscle b/c it will lead to bloating and abdominal pain. If you have no lactose intolerance, it is a good source of protein. Men need about 1.2-1.7g/kg/daily of protein to help build muscle mass. No way to tell: Unfortunately, dietary supplements are regulated as foods (as opposed to drugs). As such, they are not required to undergo the same testing (or prove their claims to be true).
