Arthritis: Most commonly osteoarthritis, however you are on the young side for that to be symptomatic. Could be ligament laxity of the cmc joint, or possibly dequervains tenosynovitis of 1st extensor compartment. Recommend hand surgical evaluation. Read more

See details: Ra is very unlikely when a single finger is involved. Is the finger swollen? Is there an area of tenderness? It could something simple such as tendinitis. See an orthopedist or rheumatologist. Read more
