I was prescribed Prozac 40 mg, Ritalin 10 mg, Concerta 108 mg, Remeron 30 mg and Risperdal 3 mg. Is this number of drugs safe?

Barring any contraindication to such, I'd probably go up to 125-150 mcg and test blood in three weeks. Hard to tell : Research is needed to best answer these types of questions. Unlike fda approved drugs, dosing for supplements like adrenasmart are not standardized and they are not rigorously researched, making their potential for drug-drug interaction unknown.
