Many options: If done with childbearing, options do include hysterectomy, myomectomy, embolization, or medications to promote amenorrhea (no cycles). If ocps don't work, you've already failed dmpa, and you want the most definitive cure, i'd recommend a simple hyster. There's a LOT of treatments for PCOS. Ok, massive weight loss and exercise is the best. BUT for treatments that are a bit more practical, there's quite a few and they need to be advised by your doctor.
