Many options: If done with childbearing, options do include hysterectomy, myomectomy, embolization, or medications to promote amenorrhea (no cycles). If ocps don't work, you've already failed dmpa, and you want the most definitive cure, i'd recommend a simple hyster. Embolization has worked for some but I'm not too satisfied with the amount of pain some women experience after. D/w your doc what's best for you. ...Read more

Not our place.: There's a LOT of treatments for PCOS. Ok, massive weight loss and exercise is the best. BUT for treatments that are a bit more practical, there's quite a few and they need to be advised by your doctor.
AND, if you did NOT have menstural issues with the PCOS that would be unusual. Cannot say in your particular case, but generally, PCOS pt's have worse than what you are describing. ...Read more
