Yes: It is possible to have endometrial thickening again 3 yr. after a D&C but is less likely since you are on the northindrone which is a progestin and should be preventing growth of the endometrium. If you are missing pills (and not taking them at around the same time every day) your chances of pregnancy are increased and its recommended that you use a back-up method such as condoms to prevent pregnancy.
