Hello, during bad flare-up of GERD, I notice traces of blood in my nose (none in mouth). Can acid enflame sinus passages that badly and dry them out?
If you get acid: reflux all the way into your nasal passages, then you are in a lot of trouble since your epiglottis is supposed to stop this from happening normally.
