Mesomorph Female Diet
What can I do if my body type is mesomorph and i want mass muscle gains. What is the best diet plan?
refers to all the physical matter humans (like all living creatures) must take in on a recurring basis; only partially for energy. Like all life on planet humans are open systems which keep tearing down their structure & require intake of atoms/molecules from which to rebuild their structure. Intestinal lining cells replaced ~every 3 days. CaPO4 in bones ~every 6 years, ...Read more
18y.By doing exercise can shoulders lengthen and ribcage expand? How to get mesomorph bone structure with help of testosterone if I have "female bones"
Man up!: You're eighteen. Your bone structure is established. Don't let fitness salespeople make you feel unhappy with what you can't change. Instead, change what you can. Develop what your genes gave you and forget the rest. Hugh Jackman has your bone structure. Add muscle and trim fat, and look what can be done. If your sexuality is working normally by now, you can do this. Best wishes. ...Read more
Subscience: This is a subscientific term for a heavy-framed person who gains muscle easily and rapidly doing resistance training; the two qualities do not necessarily go together. You'll gain mass at your own speed by training hard. Creatine and perhaps an electronic muscle stimulator will help. Hope you avoid anabolic steroids. Most men prize definition above being 'really big.' Enjoy training. ...Read more
Depends on goals: For sports fitness, play the game and work the muscles. Aerobic fitness has little to do with body type, and gives endurance and speed over mass. A mesomorph may be defined as big-framed and/or an easy-gainer of mass -- these are contradictory and confusing. Resistance training as for anyone else. Especially, eat plenty of protein and otherwise eat moderately. Best wishes. ...Read more
See your doctor: This is a problem that requires a face-to-face meeting with your doctor. In that meeting, your doctor will listen to you, perform a throrough examination and possibly order labs or other tests. Based on this information, he/she will be able to tell you what's wrong and what to do about it. ...Read more
Subscience: There are obsolete / 'pop' terms. A light-framed man who can overlap thumb and forefinger around the opposite wrist may be an 'ectomorph', especially if he's a hard-gainer in the gym. Photo Guy isn't complaining. Best wishes. ...Read more
Muscle mass: A mesomorph is someone with a muscular physique. Bmi is only ht and weight, and does not factor in muscle mass. A football player may be 5'10" and 220 lb of solid muscle, yet bmi is 31 ("obese"). On the other hand, some obese people think they have more muscle than they do. The bmi is not perfect. Focus on fitness, healthy living. % body fat can be measured, tho there are not good standards. ...Read more
You decide: "mesomorph" is a subscientific / pop term for a lean, heavily-muscled person. Your best weight is what looks and feels right for you and lets you participate in sports successfully. A man does not need any body fat. You can gain muscle as your genetics and your eagerness to do resistance training allow. The "ideal weight" charts are "entertainment only". It's your body. ...Read more

The whole somatype classification is problematic...like some of the early pseudosciences such as phrenology and the idea of 'race' being a biological fact.

What's the hormonal difference between ectomorphs and mesomorphs which causes them to have different body structures and bmr?
Unknown: The answer to this question is dependent on there being a clear definitive physiologic difference in body type. These are description of a common end state not a description of particular genes or hormones. Energy balance is extreme complex and multifactoral, including variables such a thermogenesis, absorption of nutrients and baseline activity. ...Read more
Can endomorphs mantain/build miscle on less amounts of calories compared to a mesomorph & an ectomorph?
Can a person with an endomorph body type change into a mesomorph body type through excercise or is body shape prefer timed through genetics?
Easy to change: The talk about "endomorphs" is subscience from one guy at yale in the early 1900's and has nothing to do with real science. Some guys build muscle mass more easily than others doing resistance training, but every guy can trim down doing aerobic exercise. Before-and-after photos like this one are everywhere ; you'll see people with similar results at any fitness facility. ...Read more
How can I tell if im a mesomorph body type or endomorph? I have traits for both body types i read in description. Im muscular somewhat but im also fat
Body types: The determination of a body type is not as much of a concern as how you feel about yourself. It is easy to say that if you aren't happy with your weight, you can change it. I found it personally hard to do. I couldn't do it alone, so i went to a company and chose to stick with their strict healthy diet and exercise regimen. This may not be your problem, but you called yourself fat. Try my "cure". ...Read more
Bmi or body type mesomorph? Which one is better I want to be 115. Right now i'm 142 but my rib cage is showing i'm 5"5' what can I do?
Depends: By the growth charts of the cdc your expected weight for height would be 120lb while a bmi chart would put you at 132 lb to be average weight for height. Most would agree that more muscle mass is preferred to more chub, and both charts do not make a distinction. Your pcp can give you specific recommendations based on your body.
