Yes: These are safe though I wouldn't take them all at once. I advise the multivitamin after breakfast, the probiotic at the start of a meal, the fish oil after lunch or dinner, apple cider vinegar in water separate from meals and the psyllium at bedtime. Probably won't help: No probiotic is likely to be effective in treating a yeast infection. If that's what you have, you need treatment with a proper anti-yeast antibiotic. Supplements: 27F of unknown medical Hx other than metformin. Wants to know if can take several supplements. ANS. If u need to waste money on unproven supplements that may contain dangerous additives (the are no standards for supplements) then you might consider it. I never recommend them. why do you need so many supplements. If you are taking a mixed diet, , none of the supplements other than vitamin D3 are doing you any good.

Yes, there are claims re solubility etc but bottom line, there aren't even any studies showing clinical benefit from multivtamins.
