Unlikely: The average age of menopause is 51, so 41 would be very early to go through menopause. Hormones can wax and wane in the 40's though, and it's possible you're just experiencing some hormonal swings. Definition of menopause is no period for a year. Your having then, just lighter. I missed my menstrual in august. Then i got it in september, october, and november. I missed december and this month i have had light spotting.
