Why am i not ovulating?
I had a miscarriage in october followed witn a d&c . I've had 3 menstrual cycles since then but have not been ovulating. Why?
See below: If you are having regular menstrual cycles you probably are ovulating. You can use basal body temperature or ovulation predictor kits to determine when. No: It isn't the endometrium that is the source of the repeated miscarriages. It is either a genetic issue or cervical incompetence.
