See below: If you are having regular menstrual cycles you probably are ovulating. You can use basal body temperature or ovulation predictor kits to determine when. Just because you don't get pregnant doesn't mean you didn't ovulate that month. Each cycle even when conditions are ideal chances of pregnancy are only about 20%. ...Read more

No: It isn't the endometrium that is the source of the repeated miscarriages. It is either a genetic issue or cervical incompetence. The cervix may be opening too soon in the 2nd trimester and may need to have a suture placed(cerclage).Genetic issues can be tested at the time of the miscarriage with the products of conception or later with blood testing (TORCH titer). ...Read more

Been using menstrual pads for the last few weeks (miscarriage). Skin is getting itchy now. Any suggestions to ease the itch? App with dr in a week.

Keep the area dry: Use corn starch powder ie ammens medicated powder or gold bond. If you can use an antifungal cream it may also help and use cotton underwear bec it adsorbs moisture. ...Read more
