May be normal: On the pill, periods can become very light and even disappear. Some cramps may be the only sign of it. You still should rule out pregnancy with a home test, but that is less likely if you have not missed any pills and have been on no other medications. You should have resumed your pill on schedule and will now have to use alternative contraception. Restart the pill when your next period begins. ...Read more
