Maybe: Any bleeding in a menopausal woman needs to be evaluated for possible precancer or cancer. That is the least likely cause but obviously the most important to be sure of. More common causes include non-cancerous polyps and hormonal issues, either a final ovulation or tissue thinning from lack of estrogen. ...Read more

Uncertain: It is obviously not pregnancy related given the condom use and withdrawal. Cramping and spotting sometimes occurs midcycle related ovulation (related to cyst rupture and an abrupt drop in estrogen mid-cycle).
