BMI.: Technically speaking, BMI does not take into account body composition, only weight with respect to height. Muscle is more dense than fat, so thinner muscular people can have elevated BMIs. Probably safe but ..: What do you think you are gaining by eating supplements and pills and powders. Why don't you just eat a good well rounded vegan diet and continue your exercise program. You cannot eat food and talk to it and direct it to your muscles. Your body will absorb what it does, then it goes to your liver where it is metabolized, then out to the rest of your body. ...Read more
