Meaning, assuming that your mom or sister didn't get diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Normal for women with endometriosis to have elevated CA-125. Possibly: You didn't really explain what the issue is that you're having. Fsh of 21 is not in the menopausal range. But some women in menopause do not have elevated fsh level. It's a very non-specific test. It may help to also check the Estradiol level. ...Read more

Typically, in our practice, we purposefully stimulate the ovary prior to surgery so that we can see the tissue better. An alternative to surgery is to suppress ovarian function with hormones and see if the pain gets better.
