My tears come when I sit for long toilet. I am in good health and so far no known cases of any. Health problem. Is this normal?
Tears: This is not a lot to go on, but I have 2 suggestions. 1) could be part of stimulation of the nerves that control the bowels, particularly if you have constipation or cramps. 2) it may be simple sadness. U can: I'm assuming u have bilateral rotator cuff tears. Iif their are no contraindications you should have these fixed arthroscopically. In the mean time u can strengthen your shoulders by doing isometric rc strengthening exercises . I wouldn't do " shoulder" and " chest" workouts in the gym . This could aggravate your rc pain and possibly increase the size of the tears! ...Read more
