Hi, I have strep throat (7 days). My neck and lower part of my head has been stiff the whole time. I have not had a fever at all. Menengitis?
Strep 2zpacks, Bactrim allergic reaction. No more sore throat but earache and headache should I be concerned? No fever/stiff neck. Is it meningitis?

Various: There are various signs of meningitis. Pain when moving the neck, lisltlessness, decreased appetite, nausea, vomiting, light sensitivity and headaches (of course headaches would not be something a 2 yo would verbalize). A simple test would be to try to touch your chin to the middle of your chest: it is too painful to do this movement when one has meningitis.
