Be careful: Generally I do not recommend this combination. Ibuprofen and Lisinopril together can trigger kidney failure especially if the patient becomes dehydrated. Secondly long term use of Ibuprofen can actually raise blood pressure reducing the effectiveness of the lisinopril.
