I started a medrol (methylprednisolone) dose pack for poison ivy yesterday. I took 4 of the 6 pills (I forgot the last 2 at bedtime because I fell asleep).what should I do?

Should be a reason.: As a rheumatologist, I have never prescribed a dose pack. Prefer sliding scale of presnisone, wh ich causes slightly less fluid retention. However, the "scary" side -effects listed are very unlikely by any stretch. Yes, when starting: On starting the drug, a lot of what accounts for this effect is an increase in the number of *measured* white cells. I stress measured because there are a higher number of cells that enter into circulation - but not a higher number over - caused by the start of Medrol (methylprednisolone) and doses like it.
