According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, only 5% of babies arrive on the exact due date. Approximately 7% of babies are not delivered by 42 weeks, and when that happens, it is referred to ...Read more

Please can you tell me if there is the medicine to get rid of a pregnancy without an abortion? Thank you

Pregnancy: The morning after pill or an early triple dose of birth control pills soon after intercourse prevents pregnancy, but ending an established pregnancy is considered abortion. Different methods include mefipristone, Methotrexate (which stops the fetus from developing but then the contents must still be evacuated) and vacuum extraction. The american college of OB gyn (acog)faqs compare methods. ...Read more

I Wanna know even if I'm not having a period can I still get pregnancy and is it a OTC drug that I can't help to get pregnant I want a baby?

I Wanna know even if I'm not having a period can I still get pregnancy and is it a OTC drug that I can't help to get pregnant I want a baby?

Yes you can: You can get pregnant even if you are not having regular periods. However at age 21 you should be having periods and so you should go see an OBGYN who may be able to find out why you are not having periods and may help you with that. There is no OTC drug that you can use to help you get pregnant you will need to see and OBGYN and may be a reproductive specialist to help you get pregnant. ...Read more

My husband takes a lot of medicine mostly for high blood pressure for the past 12 years. Is it possible that medicine could hinder pregnancy? We do not use any protection, I'm 44 and I have not been able to get pregnant even though I still have periods?

My husband takes a lot of medicine mostly for high blood pressure for the past 12 years. Is it possible that medicine could hinder pregnancy? We do not use any protection, I'm 44 and I have not been able to get pregnant even though I still have periods?

Doubtful: The medicines are probably not the reason. Even though you still get your periods it is more difficult for women to concieve in their 40's and up. Your husband may also have a low sperm count or low testosterone. You may want to have him checked for that first and talk to your doctor about fertility treatment if he is fine with his fertility. ...Read more

So, I have a UTI. I got a urine sample to get medicine and had blood in my urine. That could be a sign of pregnancy but I haven't missed my period?

UTI: Hemorrhagic cystitis, a firm of otherwise uncomplicated urinary bladder infection, is not uncommon and responds to the usual prescribed medications. Following treatment, a urine culture and a urinalysis with microscopic examination is important to assure that there is no further blood in the urine and that the infection has cleared. Pregnancy would not be suspected if you haven't missed your period ...Read more

Hello doc! I am taking now progyluton medicine due to my period is irregular, is it possible to get pregnant? I have history of miscarriage pregnancy

YesNoMaybePerhaps: I've read that, yes, it's possible because the amount of hormones in this medication is very low. But it also depends on why you are taking the drug. There are medical conditions that can mess with regular periods and also structural problems in the uterus, etc. But if it's just irregular bleeding without a serious underlying cause, then the answer is, again, yes. Just to be sure, check with your GYN ...Read more

How to get boy baby during pregnancy?

Same way every time: Urban myth may have you believe you can pre-select your offspring but that is bogus.
