25% chance.: Amevive has come & gone in the usa. I compared it to reggie jackson: it either hit a home run or struck out. When it worked, it worked well, but it only worked about 25% of the time. The newer biologics (humira, stelara) work much more often, but i don't know if they are or will be available in uk. I am not sure what : P.A. is. I personally do not use plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) for psoriasis as it has been link with causing flare or outbreak for psoriasis. I would recommend to choose other DMARDs or biological esp there are a lot of choices now. ...Read more
