Color of discharge is not related to whether or not you have an infection and therefore not related to whether you are getting better. Need more info: If there is a possibility of gonorrhea or chlamydia, I would treat you with ceftriaxone and doxycycline. If you practice anal sex, you have chance of additional bacterial infection and I would treat you with ceftriaxone and a flouroquinolone like norfloxacin.
