Better thru ur MD: Some patients need the double dose of cetirizine, but under the doctor 's supervision, I don't know what symptoms you suffer from, but at any rate if you doubled the dose on your own and still not better, you need to be evaluated, you might not need cetirizine to start with and most probably other measures would do ...Read more
